- The artwork on the covers is very specific. Who is it from? The design of the covers of the Kattenberg Recordings CD's are art-photos shot by Berlin photographer Gabi Bartels. In the photo session she captured details of the street Kattenberg in Borgerhout, Belgium, portraying every day life in Kattenberg. This photo shoot became the start of a pretty daring endeavour: together with 2 other professional photographers, an Italian and an Ukrainian, they agreed to travel the world in order to capture the atmosphere of different cities. Their work is brought to their public through an online gallery. Next to being an exquisite photographer, Gabi Bartels also happens to be the director of Sospiri Ardenti's staged performances, taking care of the directing, staging, scenery, props, costumes, lighting... The actual design of the covers is by Hans De Cock, Hertsberge.
